What protection does safeTVision offer?

safeTVision protects your TV from any flying objects such as Wii remotes, sippy cups, toys, fingerprints and dust.

Does safeTVision affect the picture quality of my HDTV?

Not at all!  safeTVision is made from 100% clear acrylic. It will not affect the color or brightness.  Your HD picture will look as good as is does now, but you’ll have more piece of mind!  It does not

What sizes do you offer?

All popular sizes from 32” to 65”.  If you need a special size, we’ll make it for you!

How thick is a safeTVision screen.

SafeTVision is .125 inch thick.

Does it work on Wall Mounted TV's?

Yes! safeTVision works on TV using both stands and wall mounts.  safeTVision requires just 1" of clearance between the back of the TV and wall on a normal 3 1/2 - 4" thick flat screen. Please note safeTVision does work on Ultra Thin LED TV's But not when used in conjunction with an ultra thin/low profile wall mount.

How can I be sure it will fit my TV?

Added ½-3/4 inch on each side to ensure the screen fits all different types of manufactures. Unlike others, safeTVision only covers the actual screen portion of the TV.  This leaves the speakers (sides or bottom) unobstructed.  

Will safeTVIsion work on those new Super Thin LED TV's?

Yes it does! However, not when used in conjunction with an ultra thin/low profile wall mount.

How strong is a safeTVision screen?

Our engineers guarantee safeTVision will stop a 6oz object

At 20mph!  But we’ve thrown baseballs and other objects at it with

full adult force and the safeTVision won’t break!

Is there any heat buildup caused by safeTVision?

No.  Due to our clamp design the screen allows air to flow from the TV frame as designed by the manufacturer.

Has safeTVision been tested?

Yes. We’ve literally thrown the book at it!  Wii remotes, toys, balls safeTVision stops em’ cold.   It won’t deflect bullets, but who’s gonna pull an Elvis on a 2k TV?

Is it hard to install?

No. It takes less than a minute to install safeTVision.  Remove it from the box, peel the protective coating off the screen, Wipe off any shipping dust.  Insert the clamps in the eyeholes. Hang it on your TV. Install the Velcro buttons and you’re done!

How do I clean my safeTVision?

The best way to clean safeTVision is with the optional Novus polish.  It repels dust and fingerprints as well as thoroughly cleans your screen.
